- Description
- Under authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, the United States Special Operation Commands intends to negotiate a six month sole source contract to Airscan, Inc., 3505 Murrell Road, Rockledge, FL 32955 for commercial services to perform in theater aerial surveillance capability in the Balkans Area of Operations with the ability to transmit near real time video information from the aircraft to ground stations incorporating NSA Type-1 Encryption starting approximately 12 Aug 2003. The Request for Proposal for this acquisition is USZA22-03-R-0039 and a firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The North American Industrial Classification System for this effort is 561621 with the small business size standard of $10.5M.
