- UNICOR, FPI intends to enter into a technical service firm fixed price Requirements type contract for support services. The contractor will prepare competitive proposals on behalf of the UNICOR, Clothing/Textiles Business Group for government solicitations. The period of performance is one (1) base year with one (1) option year if exercised. Deliverables are FOB Destination, Washington, DC. This requirement shall be from domestic sources only. The award will be based on the best value to the government. The evaluation factors are Past Performance, the ability to conform to the specifications, and Price. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation which can be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities website at: www.eps.gov All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A completed solicitation shall be submitted to the attention of Joscie L. Barnes, Senior Contracting Officer by the date and time specified in the soliciation.
