- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. [1] TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR [WEAPONS AND ACCESSORIES]. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to delete solicitation number 8-4200020641 in it's entirety. The Govenment intends to re-issue this requirement at a later date as a "Name Brand or Equal", Technically Acceptable, Lowest-Price synopsis/solicitation. The new synoposis/solicitation will describe the Governments minumun requirements, to include specifications, and salient characteristics. It is anticipated that the new synopsis/solicitation will be issued on or before August 29, 2003.
