- The date has been extended for the Regionwide Supplemental A/E Contract for the States of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, as there was an inaccuracy in the previous amendment posted on August 1, 2003, referring to this procurement as a Request for Quotation, wherein it should have been referred to as a Request for Qualifications, as correctly stated in the original announcement posted on July 8, 2003. Therefore, based upon this inaccuracy, the due date and time for submissions is Friday, August 15, 2003, at 12NOON, Chicago time. Please submit the requested information to: Ms. Johnnie A.
