Description

This serves as a ?Notice of Intent? to award a sole source contract to Austin-Tetra, Inc. to identify purchase card merchants? reporting information for the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. This will require a comprehensive supplier discovery service to examine, classify, validate and append available business information to each matching supplier record. The Austin-Tetra identifier is required so that the Government will have the ability to merge bank data on p-card purchases with FPDS data. This sole source procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The period of performance is for one base year, with two, one-year option periods to be exercised at the Government?s discretion [FAR 52.232-19, Availability of Funds for the Next Fiscal Year, applicable].
