- Description
- EXPERT SERVICES: This is a notice of a proposed award to Penelope S. Wardlow, using other than full and open competitive procedures, to assist in developing a Statement of Federal Financial Accounting Concepts on the elements of federal financial reporting. This work will involve preparing background material for the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB), meeting with the FASAB and participating in its deliberations on this topic, and revising materials to reflect the Board?s comments. This is not a request for a quotation. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
