- NAICS Code: 541620 This Pre-Solicitation Notice is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541620. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a requirement to provide the Office of Water (OW) with Research and Analysis Services. The resultant contract will require contractor services in analyzing various issues pertaining to Point-of-Use treatment units, developing plain-English educational materials, and creating other reports. The anticipated contract will be Firm Fixed Price. The anticipated period of performance will be 09/15/03 to 04/31/04. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be posted on the Internet on or about August 28, 2003. Quotes shall be due approximately Fifteen (15) days after the RFQ issuance date. This procurement will be conducted as a small business set-aside.
