Description
This synopsis is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for services to provide systems analysis and training support for the Advanced Technology Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) BEARTRAP program, including operator machine interface support, field acquisition test data support, and system set-up support for project post mission systems. Per Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 8.001, responses are sought only from General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule holders under SIN 132-51, Information Technology Professional Services. No requests received from non-Schedule holders will be considered. The period of performance shall be one year commencing 01 October 2003 through 30 September 2004. The primary place(s) of performance is NAS Jacksonville (WING 11) and NS Mayport, FL, with potential travel locations at NAWCAD Patuxent River, NAS Brunswick, NAS Widbey Island, Marine Corp Base Hawaii Kaneohe Bay, and potential sites overseas. A SECRET clearance is required. NOTE: Ten (10) years Project BEARTRAP specific acoustic post-mission data analysis experience is required for this effort, together with an extensive knowledge of advanced acoustic processors tested onboard Project BEARTRAP assets and a thorough knowledge of the BearTrap Environmental Collection (BTEC) mission. Requestors must include a point of contact, an e-mail address, a facsimile (fax) number, and provide their GSA Schedule number. All responsible GSA Schedule holders under SIN 132-51 may submit a quotation that shall be considered by the agency. Quotes are due to Ms. Roland, Contract Specialist, Code 251711, NO LATER THAN 2:00 p.m. (EDT) on 28 August 2003 and may be submitted by either e-mail (RolandMC@navair.navy.mil) OR by facsimile (301/757-0200).
