Description

Presolicitation notice to provide all labor, material, and equipment to provide new fence construction and repair current fence on the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge located in Princeton Oregon, 97721. Performance period is approximately 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This performance period may change but will be apparent in the solicitation. More detailed specifications will become available when the solicitation is issued. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 27, 2003 with a closing date of on or about September 13,2003. The solicitation will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Please note that drawings applicable to this project are not available for download from the GPE. Requests for drawings may be faxed to 503-231-6259 Attention: Kristin Young. Please include the solicitation number, your company name, address, telephone number, contact name, and fax number. This solicitation is set aside for small business. NAICS is 238990 See Note 1.
