Solicitation No. RMN0003= 0115 herein is cited as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The commercial i= tems policies of FAR Part 12 will be used in conjunction with the simpli= fied acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13. Solicitation document = and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Fed= eral Acquisition Circular 97-20. This acquisition is a small busi= ness set-aside. NACIA Code: 42139 , Small Business Size Standard: = 500 employees . (Description) Riprap Rock, Class 2, Delivered, (Quant= ity) 450 cubic meters, (Unit Price) $ , (Total Bid Amo= unt) $ . Item Description: Riprap Rock, Clas= s 2, shall conform to FP-96, Section 705, ROCK, Subsection 705.02, Riprap = Rock and Table 705-1, Class 2. Measurement and Payment shall be in accord= ance with (iaw) Section 109, Measurement and Payment. All delivery shal= l be completed within 30 calendar days after date of contract award. Accept= ance shall be iaw FP-96, Section 106, Acceptance of Work. Deliver = FOB destination to Project N55(1)2 located in the vicinity of Alamo,= New Mexico, on the Navajo Nation. FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions= to Offerors?Commerical Items (including any addenda), applies to = this acquisition.
