Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) requesting a firm-fixed price. The contractor is to picked up at Old Hickory Power Plant, Old Hickory Lake, 15 Overlook Circle, Hendersonville, TN 37075 two (2) ABS AF1310-6W3GS401 177hp submersible pumps. Th e scope of work consists of: complete motor repair, dipping of windings, replacement of all seals, replacement of all bearings, power cable replacement 50 ft., control cable replacement 50 ft., reassemble and no load test pump and motor assembly and paint pumps. Upon completion of repair the contractor shall deliver the pumps back to Old Hickory Power Plant. The NAICS code is 335312. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The contractor shall pick up the pumps at Old Hickory Lake within 14 days after receipt of the order. The pumps shall be delivered back to Old Hickory Lake within 30 days after pick up. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial applies to this acquisition. Offerors are requested to provide a completed copy of FAR 52.212- 3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with your quote. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
