- NA THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS: Question 1) Can the bidder (a small business) have as a partner a larger enterprise that would provide the bidder with access to continuously updated databases for parts research and logistics management. NO Question 2) Is Internet T-1 access available to the prospective system users at present? Yes Question 3) Does the bidder have to provide T1 Internet access to the users that will be accessing the system? No Question 4) Will the Bidder be supplying new personal computers /workstations to install the systems? No Question 5) Is the Service for 5 concurrent users overall? The requirement is for 5 concurrent users in each of various modules (e.g. DoD Adopted Industry Standards). Is the database already available ?The database is not available at Natick; the requirement is to provide access to a databases(s). If so, Is database updates considered as part of this solicitation ?
