- NA The U.S. Army has a requirement to provide all labor, equipment, material necessary to provide exterior painting, preparation, and treatment of Government owned housing units located at Heritage Lane and Kansas Street Natick, Massachusetts 01760. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238320. The small business size standard is $12.0 million. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract. Work will be performed at Heritage Lane and Kansas Street Natick, Massachusetts 01760. Period of Performance is thirty (30) calendar days.
