- NA This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to make a sole source award to Townsend Outlook Publishing, 20 East Gregory, Kansas City, MO 64114 for advertisements in College Outlook. Townsend Outlook Publishing is the publisher of College Outlook. No other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. See Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the design ated representative. Responses to this notice must be received within 2 calendar days of the date of this notice to Pamela.Jones@usma.edu. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirementm upon receipt of response to this notice, is solel y within the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS code is 511120 and the size standard is 500 employees. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be available.
