- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F45613-03-Q-A043 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. NAICS Code is 484210. Small business size standard is $12.5M. This is a small business set-aside. This is a Brand Name request for Herman Miller Furniture per the Statement of Work, paragraph 2.5. The contractor shall move the Services Squadron modular furniture at Fairchild AFB, WA, in accordance with the attached statement of work. Anticipated completion date is 30 September 2003.
