Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is: F1326131911400 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. The associated NAICS code is 423430 with a 100 size standard. Line Item 0001, 56 (Ea) "Avid Mojo" digital nonlinear accelerator and Line Item 0002, 56 (Ea) software upgrade to "Avid Xpress Pro" editing software: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. Acceptance will be FOB destination to 209 S. Davis Drive, Bld 241, Charleston AFB, SC 29404. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and will remain in full force in any resultant award.
