- This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number F1OSSS32090300. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This combined synopsis and solicitation is for the following commercial items: CLIN 0001- HD-3000 Degausser, P/N 940-0001 CLIN 0002- HD-Degausser ?? (IBM) Computer Reel adapter CLIN 0003- HD-Degausser DC 300 Adapter CLIN 0004- HD- Degausser 3 ?? Floppy Adapter CLIN 0005- HD-Degausser Maintenance Agreement (1 Year) CLIN 0006- HD Degausser 1 Year Certification Delivery requested within 30 days ADC. FOB destination Akima/SCACP, 341 CS/SCAAI, 30 73rd St N. Bldg 772, Malmstrom AFB, MT 59402-7513. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-5 with [Class Deviation- 2001-O0002, Commercial Item Omnibus Clauses for Acquisitions Using the Standard Procurement System. Effective through 30 April 2004, or until the FAR is revised.]FAR 52.212-5 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITI0NS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (May 2002) (DEVIATION) (a) Comptroller General Examination of Record.
