- SPECIAL NOTICE The purpose of this notice is to inform industry that Headquarters Standard Systems Group (HQ SSG) has a recurring requirement for Information Technology (IT) products in the Network Products Supplier Market Category (SMC), consisting of the complete range of networking products with warranty options and network centric services support. HQ SSG intends to issue one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Class 70 firms with capabilities in network products areas and associated product services. This requirement is limited to small business only. If your firm currently holds a GSA FSS Class 70 schedule, meets the small business requirement, and has demonstrated capabilities and experience in network products, you may request a copy of the invite package from HQ SSG Network Products, from HQ SSG/AQIN, Attn: Ms. Alice Watkins, 501 East Moore Drive, MAFB-Gunter Annex, AL 36114 (e-mail address: alice.watkins@gunter.af.mil <mailto:alice.Watkins@gunter.af.mil> or phone 334 416-3839). Identify in your request whether your firm is a small business, very small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) concern, women-owned small business, HUBZone small business, veteran-owned small business or service-disabled veteran-owned small business. Also please indicate whether your firm is a U.S. or foreign-owned firm. The Contracting Officer is Ms. Denise S. This is an invitation to compete for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the terms and condition of your GSA FSS contract and in accordance with FAR Subpart 8.4. All requests for the invitation package must be received by 15 August 2003. All responses to this BPA Invitation for networking products are due by 1200 PM CDST hours on Friday, September 12, 2003. Your response must be addressed to: HQ SSG/AQIN, Attn: Denise S. Baylor, 501 East Moore Drive, Bldg 884, Room 1400E, Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex 36114.
