- Description
- The Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a separate written request for quotation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 326199 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. THIS IS A CONTEMPLATED REQUIREMENT. This is a Full and Open Competition Requirement. The solicitation number for this announcement is FQ3CED32090500. This requirement is for 6-each, Helmet Hardtop for HMMWV ? Cap, Truck Mounting, CARC (Chemical Agent Resistant Coating) painted (Camouflage). Hardtop for Four Door HMMWV with Side Storage Compartments, Left Side Antenna Door and Ground Plane in Roof with Four Hard Doors for HMMWV. 6-each, Helmet Hardtop for HMMWV ? Trailer Top (M1101 Trailer), CARC Painted. Hardtop for M1101 HMMWV Trailer with no Side Storage Compartments. Delivery date after award is 30-60 days after receipt of order at Eglin AFB on an FOB Destination. NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
