- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The reference number is 03TC753. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 423430 and size standard is of 500 employees. The contractor will provide the following items: QUANITITY (13) CLIN 0001 SMART TECH, MODEL SB580, 72? SMARTBOARD System w/unlimited training CLIN 0002 (13) SMART TECH, MODEL FS570, Adjustable Floorstand for SB CLIN 0003 (13) PANASONIC, Model PTL720U, 2200 ANSI XGA PROJECTOR w/indexing CLIN 0004 Visual Innovations Model VI-AINS01, Audio Package to in A503 Amplifier, (4) JBL Control 24 CT 80 watt ceiling Speakers Audio Cabling and Audio Installation or equal. CLIN 0005 (13) VI Standard Proj Install, Non-Plenum, Ceiling mounting projector; pulling and terminating the cables; install wall plate, ceiling mount hardware, cables, misc hardware for1 data and 1 video CLIN 0006 (13) VI 2nd VGA Connection, included cable and labor connection on wall plate CLIN 0007 (13) Interlink, Model VP6241 Combo Wireless Mouse and Keyboard Kit CLIN 0008 (13) VI Rack, Light Oak and Rack rails, Rack Ears for Amplifier, 2 Rack Shelves and Surge Suppressant Power Strip CLIN 0009 (13) EXTRON Model 60-046-02-P2DA2Plus (allows for simultaneous monitor and projector display. The VI in this is explained as Visual Innovations in which we can accept an equivalent to this. FOB point will be Destination to be delivered and installed to: 37 MSS/DPE Eduacation Bldg 5612 with installation. Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX, 78236. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial items, is applicable to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation and the blanks in section (a) are completed as follows: Price considerations. Offerors shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. Far 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercials Items, 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration, and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, are applicable to this acquisition.
