- Description
- Contractor shall provide scheduled preventive maintenance services and shall provide, as needed, emergent and non-emergent repairs on 9 diesel electric generators located at VA Connecticut Healthcare System's West Haven Campus, 950 Campbell Avenue, West Haven, CT 06516 and on 5 diesel electric generators located at VA Connecticut's Newington Campus, 555 Willard Avenue, Newington, CT 06111. Performance period will be from October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004. Solicitation package will include four additional option year periods. NAICS code 811310 applies to this procurement. The solicitation package (approximately 37 pages) can be viewed or downloaded, at no charge, from the link on this page (if no link is shown then solicitation has not been posted yet). The solicitation shall be posted on or about August 20, 2003. Should interested parties wish to obtain a hard copy of the solicitation package, it is available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00, payable by certified check or money order to VA Connecticut Healthcare System. The payment and a written request for the solicitation should be mailed to: VA Connecticut Healthcare System, 950 Campbell Avenue, Building 11, West Haven, CT 06516, Attn: Conrad Guenzel (90C). Procurement is a small business set-aside.
