- Description
- The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System is accepting proposals from vendors to furnish artificial limbs and related services to those veterans that require them and are elegible for assistance. This acquisition is a total 100% small business set-aside. All vendors submitting proposals in response to this solicitation shall have a service center physically located within a sixty (60)mile radius of the VA Pittsburgh University Drive Healthcare facility and have maintained residency at that facility within the last three (3)years. All qualified responsive and responsible offerors may submit a proposal which if timely received shall be considered by the agency. All interested parties must submit a written response to the attention of J.E. Regan, Contracting Officer (04A1-H) VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, 7180 Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA. 15206. No telephone request will be honored. Award is subject to the availability of funds for Fiscal Year 04. A pre-bid conference will be held at the VA Highland Drive facility in Building #4, Conference Room #373-E on September 10, 2003 @ 9:00AM. Bid opening will be held on September 18, 2003 same location at exactly 10:00AM.
