- Description
- Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to provide Janitorial and Housekeeping Services for the VA Outpatient Clinic located in Valdosta, Georgia. The NAICS code is 561720/size standard is $14 million. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for a period of one year, effective 10/1/03-9/30/04 with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods, in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation, Subject to the Availability of Funds. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SMALL SET ASIDE. The issue date is 8/13/03. Pre-Bid Conference: 8/22/03 at 10:00am at the VA Outpatient Clinic, 2841 N. Patterson Street, Valdosta, Georgia. Bid Opening: 9/5/03 at 3:00pm in Room 11, Bldg. 62, VA Medical Center, Lake City, Florida.. All requests for bid packages must be made in writing to: VA Medical Center, Contracting Officer 90C, 619 S. Marion Avenue, Lake City, FL 32025 or FAX 386-758-3211. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Hard copies of this solicitation will be issued to the first 15 requests.
