- Description
- RFQ 786-122-03 Granite Columbarium Niche Covers for Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment and materials to provide 1,260 blank granite columbarium niche covers, F.O.B. Destination to Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street Winchendon, MA 01475. Sample niche covers will be required within 10 days of date of award. Niche covers will be required within 30 days of Government approval of the submitted samples. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 327991 and a size standard of 500 is applicable to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote. Requests for hard copies of the solicitation must be in writing to Mr. Mark Sanderson and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable) made payable to _U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about 25 August 2003. Electronic solicitations may be obtained FREE OF CHARGE on or about 25 August 2003, at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation?number=786-122-03. Amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments. See Note No 1.
