- Description
- The solicitation should be available for download on or about 08/20/2003. The items are being procured under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (C)(1), FAR Part 6.302-1. The authority applies when supplies or services required by the agency is available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement.=20 It is the intent of the Government to enter into a firm fixed-price contract to furnish, all necessary labor, materials, parts, tools, equipment, travel, and shipping expenses to perform scheduled preventive maintenance inspection (PMIs), intervening service calls, and emergency services for a Government =96owned Cine Processor \ Film Processor CP-1, located at the Veterans Affairs San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, California. The contractor shall adjust or replace worn or defective parts required due to equipment failure. The equipment shall be maintained in optimum operating condition and meet manufacturer's specification for operation and performance.
