- Description
- The Department of State has need for site search and appraisal services in cities located overseas. The site searches are to be performed simultaneously in all cities. The appraisals, if tasked, will be for sites selected, in most cases within 6 months after delivery of the Site Search Reports. To be eligible for this work, bidders must submit in their proposal clear evidence/materials to demonstrate the company is a global real estate firm that currently maintains offices and employs staff providing services in at least 3 of the following regions: South America, Africa, Europe and Central America. *A modification will be issued to allow upload of scope of work.
