- Description
- A-76 Tentative Decision, Cost Comparison results for Soil Conservation Technician (SCT) Services. The NRCS has completed a direct conversion study using Brooks Act procedures for SCT. As a result of this study, performance of the function shall remain in-house. Appeals must be received in writing and within 20 calendar days after the publication date of this notice. The cost comparison information is available to affected parties upon request by contacting the individual below. Questions regarding this notice shall be submitted to John Eberhart, Contracting Officer.
