- Description: Solicitation Number SP0450-03-R-4663, LTC03148012043, NSN 3740-00-191-3677, Sprayer, Manually carried, 1 gallon tank, hand operated. Estimated annual quantity 445 each. Request for Proposal will be solicited as 100 % Small Business Set-Aside, Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. This is a commercial item. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one year with an option to extend for (4) years. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of Price, Past Performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery requested FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance, Origin, QAP 002. This solicitation contains stock and DVD deliveries. Stock delivery locations will be SNG (New Cumberland, PA) and AQ5 (Tracy, CA) 44 days ARO. DVD orders delivery schedules will be 3 days for routine orders and 1 day for high priority orders.
