- Vehicle Winch Assembly (Complete) Contracting Office Address United States Air Force, Pacific Air Forces, 374 CONS, Unit 5228, Yokota AB, APO AP 96328 5228, Japan (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)This solicitation shall serve as a Request for Quotation, numbered F62562-03-T-0429, which seeks quotations based on the information contained in this synopsis. (iii)This solicitation and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 97 11. (iv) This RFQ contains one packaged line item. Item0001. Winch assembly-complete P/N 7412382-1, NSN: 2590-02-082-2644 Quantity: 1; v) The Contractor shall complete the delivery of supplies within 30 calendar days after receipt of order. FOB point is POE (Travis AB, CA 94535-2941(Air Freight) or Tracey, CA 95376 (Vessel)) or DEST (Yokota AB APO AP 96328 (VIA U.S. Postal Service) or Yokota AB, Fussa-shi, Tokyo 197-0001, Japan (VIA Commercial Carrier)) (Shipping charge must be included in product cost for Dest or POE) or FOB Origin or Yokota AB, Fussa-shi Tokyo 197-0001 (VIA Commercial Carrier), Travis AB, CA 94535-2941 (Air Freight) or Tracy, CA 95376 (Vessel)). Shipping charge must be provided for FOB Origin. (vi) PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES. The following FAR provisions/clauses are applicable to this solicitation: 52.212 1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial, 52.212 2, Evaluation Commercial Items, for the purpose of this clause, the blank(s) are completed as follows, (1) price and (2) Shipping; 52.212 4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; 52.225-13; 52.232-33; 52.233-3; 252.225-7036; 52.222-3; 52.222-37; 242.212-7001 (Deviation) 52.212 5 (Deviation), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items. (vii) REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS: Offerors must include with their offer a completed copy of provisions of FAR 52.212 3, Offerors Representation and Certification Commercial Items. (viii) SCHEDULE Offers are due on or before 19 August 2003,1630 p.m., Japan Standard Time.
