- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to issue a sole source modification to existing contract N65236-00-D-7009 (which currently expires 06 February 2004) with OPNET Technologies, Inc, 7255 Woodmont Avenue, Suite 250, Bethesda MD 20814-7904. The proposed modification is for a ceiling increase of approximately $1,000,000 to cover urgently required task orders.
