- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Ratech Industries, on other than full and open competitive basis a contract to purchase 28 Ratech Radome Panels part # RD-0035-00 to replace the following panels 4 each A, B, C, D, E, F and 4 Cap panels, 7 Panel Molds 1 each A, B, C, D, E, F and 1 each Cap panel mold, and to repair the following 26 panels, 4 each A, B, C, D, E, F and 2 Cap panels. Sole source is based on equipment being proprietary to Ratech Industries. See note(s) 22.
