- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Washington, DC intends to award on a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price basis a contract with Digital Audio Corporation for probeamps, ultrascopes, and audio kits for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, 716 Sicard St. SE, Suite 200, Washington Navy Yard, DC 20374. This will be awarded as a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1. This contract will consist of a single order. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. SEE NOTE 22.
