- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA proposes to procure CVN-69 ICAN Construction and Testing Spares which consist of 2 ea Sound Cards, 1 ea Assy Unit, 1 ea Flat Panel Display, and 1 ea NMDT End Unit for the USS EISENHOWER (CVN-69) through it's Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH). This procurement is limited to Tactronics. See Note 22.
