- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government seeks to purchase thirty-six (36) Windows 2000 Advanced Server (25 Client), Manufacture Part: C10-00010, and fourteen (14) Exchange Server 2000 Enterprise (25-Client) Full Retail Box Version, Manufacture Part: 395-01621 (including software, license, certificate of authenticity and manual with registration). Documentation. Manuals covering operation and maintenance of equipment purchased shall be provided. It is highly desired that manuals provided use American Standard English and Chinese (Traditional Characters), and that they are provided in softcopy. In addition, permission to use excerpts of manuals provided in government developed documents is highly desired, as is the right to reproduce the technical documentation. Destination.
