Description

NA This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academys notice of intent to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Fairfield Language Technologies, 135 Market St, Harrisonburg, VA 22801,for Rosetta Stone LI and LII, USMA Online language learning trac ker, one year, all languages, 800 unique user IDs, 60 station classroom edition network site license, five languages LI and LII Arabic, German, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. The statutory authority is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one source and no other su pplies or services will satisfy this agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 511210 and the size standard is $21M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilitie s and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Reponses to this notice must be received within two calendar days of the date of this notice via email. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirem ent, upon response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available. See numbered note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22.
