Description

UPDATE: The Invitation for Bids is being posted along with the specifications and the drawings. F33601-03-B-0004 Replace High Temperature Hot Water Lines, Area A - Road "T" Wright-Patterson AFB,OH Project Number 98-0020 The Air Force is seeking potential contractors as sources to furnish all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials, and performing all operations necessary in connection with replacing the High Temperature, Hot Water (HTHW) Line to Area A - Road "T", at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Efforts include removals and miscellaneous work as herein specified and as shown, indicated, or noted on the drawings associated with this effort. The period of performance shall be 270 days, and all actual ?piping? work shall be completed while the heating plant is shut down from 01 May 04 through 01 October 2004. There are numerous items of work that can be accomplished prior to the actual piping effort. Estimated Price Range for this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. The NAICS Code is 234910. Size Standard is $28.5Mil. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program Act of 1988, Public Law 100-656 (15 U.S.C. 644 note).
