- Description
- This requirement is for high resolution satellite imagery acquired from Quickbird or equivalent satellites for the leaf-on and leaf-off periods with panchromatic, red, green, blue, and infrared bands in a seamless format compatible with Erdas Imagine 8.6. The leaf-on period is 6/1/2003 until no later than 10/1/2003. The leaf-off period is 11/30/2003 until no later than 3/1/2004. Archived imagery for the winter of 2002/2003 would be acceptable in lieu of waiting for the next available winter season. The contractor is required to deliver the finished product in GIS ready format and remote sensing ERDAS compatible format.
