- DynCorp Technical Services A CSC Company contemplates the solicitation of a one year Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDQ) contract to construct up to four Runway Control Structure (RCS)( two at Vance AFB and two at Kegelman Auxiliary Field). Funds are not currently available for this solicitation. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or DynCorp Technical Services should funding not be provided. Work under these projects will be to construct new RCS?s consisting of a concrete slab and foundation, cmu, steel and glass construction to replace existing Runway Supervisory Units (RSU) in strict accordance with plans and specifications. Invitation For Bid packages will be available for download on or about 22 August 2003 at our Web page http://ifb.dyncorp.com . Small Business Set Aside NAICS 236210 size is $28.5M. Magnitude $500K - $1M. Pre-Bid will be held 10 September 2003, 1:00 p.m. Bldg 244 Dock 4, Vance AFB, Enid, OK. Currently the Bid Opening is scheduled for 24 September 2003 at 2:00 p.m..
