Description

Maintain Base Roofs in accordance with plans and specifications MIN 02-0082consists of removing and replacing built up roofing, gutters and downspouts, and flashing that is applicable at various buildings at Minot Air Force Base. Period of performance is 365 calendar days. Work is 100% general. Project magnitude is $100,000 to $1,900,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238160 and the annual size standard is $12.0M. This solicitation is issued as full and open and competition. The complete package will be made available only through the Internet at http://www.eps.gov/. Copies will not be mailed. All amendments will be posted on the same site.
