- The VA Medical Center, Topeka, KS is seeking to award a contract to provide for complete refuse removal through the use of sanitary containers, special waste containers and compaction units. The resulting contract will consist of a base year and 4 option years. Anticipated start date of contract will be October 1, 2003.
