- Description
- Provide fabrication and repair of artificial limbs for eligible beneficiaries of Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers located in Augusta, Decatur and Dublin, Georgia; Charleston and Columbia, South Carolina; and Birmingham, Montgomery and Tuscaloosa, Alabama, in accordance with the solicitation specification and provisions. Contract period will be December 1, 2003, through November 30, 2004, with four (4) one (1) year options to extend. This procurement is subject to availability of fiscal year 2004 funds. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this procurement is 3842. All offerors must submit technical and price proposals for evaluation. The technical evaluation criteria for this procurement include education, facility, management approach and past performance. The pricing will be based on percentage discounts against L-Code pricing baseline. The Government anticipates making multiple awards from this solicitation. The anticipated issue date is o/a August 25, 2003. Interested Offerors may obtain a free electronic copy of the solicitation at the URL address http://www.eps.gov/.
