- The Notice is amended to extend the response date to August 21, 2003, to change the bid schedule and the performance work statement. Please refer to Amendment no. 1 to the original notice for attachments. The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is seeking a contractor to provide services as a certified Technical Service Provider (TSP) for Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) and Continuous Conservation Reserve Program (CCRP) activities in Eastern Idaho. Services include determining site suitability for CCRP practices, developing plans for regular and continuous signup CRP participants, designing, assisting with application and certifying CRP practice, and conducting annual status reviews on CRP and CCRP conservation plans and practices. Major items of work include developing between 120 ? 160 CRP and CCRP conservation reserve program practice plans, determine site suitability for CCRP practices at between 8 ? 12 sites, and conduct between 190 ? 250 annual status reviews of CRP Conservation Plans and practices. The contractor must be certified as a TSP by the time of contract award.
