- Description
- Develop report on calibratiions and use of Forest Research Institute Douglas-fir Early Growth to evaluate responses to pruning Douglas-fir in the Pacific Northwest. Among other requirements; The Contractor shall rely on data from the Pacific Northwest to estimate variables like Stand Basal are potential that are used in the New Zealnad model, but was not used in the Pacific Northwest. Plot data from the Stand Management Coop can be made available for this purpose. 2. Stand Management Coop site cures developed by Flewelling, Marshall, and others; Northwest Taper equations developed by Flewelling, and mortality relationships developed by Marshall or other acceptable sources. Evaluation factors shall be used in Selection Process. The Contracting Officer for this project is Michael Patterson.
