- Solicitation Number SP0450-03-R-4704, LTC03190013056, NSN 6830-01-392-0960, Refrigerant Gas Mixture, R-404A, Full Cylinder, U.N. No. UN3338, MIL-Specs CID A-A-58060. Unit quantity equals 33 lb (15 KG) per cylinder. Government Owned Cylinder will be furnished under NSN 8120-01-392-5205, DOT 4 DBA/BW300, are reserved at SRU in condition code A. Non-Commercial Item, This is Small Business Set-Aside Solicitation and will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one year plus (4) option years. Line 0001 is Stock Location (SRU) Richmond VA, QAP 002 applies. Requesting FOB Destination for Stock Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issue on 02 September 2003 with a closing date of 02 October 2003. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway via http://progate.dla.mil.
