- PR No: LTC03216013701 for NSN 2915-00-737-9268 under Part Number 562115, Revision ?A?. The Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) is 104 each. Solicitation SP0480-03-R-4749 will include a term of a base year plus four option years. Configuration Control Applies. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 5%. There are three approved sources of supply: Mallory Industries (28069), ACR Industries, Inc (57152) and Prec-Mfg, Inc (66841). Solicitation will be issued on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, under other than full and open competition procedures. The Government's required delivery schedule is 110 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO) for Stock. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on the NSN.
