Description
This solicitation is an amendment to the RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies of the amendment are not available. For questions on the content, contact Contract Specialist Jane Botchie at 614-692-2556. This amendment is issued to reopen solicitation SP070001R4055. On those items with an AMSC of G, technical drawings/bid sets are available from Leonard.Gutter@dscc.dla.mil. All NSNs are available for download under the "Acquisition download"menu item on the DSCC Internet Bid Board System download(DIBBS)under the heading "DSCC Corporate Contract Solicitations". Access is directly available from http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil. Access is also available via the World Wide Web-refer to WEB LINK(item 18 below). All responsible sourcews may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s):12 and 26. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp on its issue date of 26 Aug 2003. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings are posted with the solicitation on the dSCC solicitation web-site. If the drawings are not posted, see Clause L07-Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL,MILITARY, and COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acqusition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
