- Description
- The work includes providing all labor, transportation; supervision, materials and equipment to provide refuse pick up and disposal services at the Marine Corps Air Station, Yuma, AZ. The Marine Corps Air Station includes areas both in Arizona and California. THIS SOLICITATION IS UNRESTRICTED. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 56211, and the small business size standard is $10,500,000.00. The contract will be awarded as a ?Combination Firm-Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity Contract? with a performance period of one-year and includes four (4) one-year options. All responsible contractors may submit a quote, which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. All responsible bidders and plans rooms must register as plan holders on the website: http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil in order to receive a copy of this solicitation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a), availability of this requirement will be limited to the electronic medium; this requirement will be available for viewing and downloading, free of charge, via http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Hard copies (paper sets) or a CD-ROM of this solicitation, or the plan holders? list will NOT be provided by the Government. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to (928) 269-3557. No telephone (technical) questions will be accepted. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will only be posted on the website. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation. This solicitation will be made available for viewing and downloading approximately 25 August 2003. A tentative site visit date is set for 16 September 2003, 8:00 a.m. (local time). The closing date for receipt of quotes is tentatively scheduled for 24 September 2003, 3:00 P.M. (local time). NOTE: The apparent successful bidder must be registered in the Department of Defense (DoD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database.
