- Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to install a jogging trail on "G" Road at the Defense Supply Center Richmond, VA. All parking areas, sidewalks, grounds, and roadways shall be returned to their original condition. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with specification no.: FEO-0034/03, and drawing 4182. All OSHA, NFPA, Factory Mutual, Industrial Risk Insurers, EPA, and Underwriters Laboratory Requirements shall not interfere with DSCR employees. Contractor shall abide by all OSHA and center safety regulations. All work shall be coordinated with Facilities Engineering Division: (POC: Warren Nuckols, 804-279-5117, or Bill Youmans, 804-279-4694). Contractor shall visit job site to verify all measurements and conditions. Please contact, Warren Nuckols or Bill Youmans to schedule a site visit. It is anticipated a firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. The NAICS code is 237990. The Small Business Standard is $28.5 million. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The project completion date is estimated at 60 days after the effective date of the notice to proceed. The project is estimated between $25,000 to $100,000.
