Offers must submit with their quotation the following: a. A brief dossier explaining your experience and past performance regarding your ability to provide service for the schedule items. 3. The following source need not comply with the above requirement: Perkin Elmer. 4. The government will evaluate your quotation pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-2(a)(2),(b)(1) and (b)(2). As a basis for award, the government will make award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the quotation and is most advantageous to the government cost or other factors considered. For this quotation, the technical factor(s) is more important than price. 5. The criteria the government will use to evaluate the work plan are as follows: • Vendor’s level of knowledge of the schedule items; • Vendor’s proficiency and experience in providing technical support for the schedule items; • Vendor’s experience in repairing the schedule items; and • Vendor’s ability to respond to repair calls. 6. The effort will be a firm-fixed price service contract. Performance must be in accordance the SOW. 7.
