- Description
- The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Regional Contracting Office in Budapest, Hungary, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing the services to implement an Improving Primary Health Care program in Albania. The program will focus on health care policy and reform issues as well as the delivery of comprehensive primary health care services, including family planning, STIs, TB, and HIV/AIDS. The planned contract type is a cost plus fixed fee completion type. The government estimate for the contract is $7 million for the base 3-year period and approximately $2.5 to $3 million per year for the 2-year option period. If you decide to submit a proposal, it must be submitted in accordance with the attached solicitation and received in the USAID Regional Contracting Office in Budapest, Hungary, no later than the closing date and time. The closing date and time, as well as other aspects of the RFP, may be amended. Any amendments to this solicitation will be issued and posted on the website along with the RFP. Offerors are encouraged to check the FedBizOps website (http://www.fedbizops.gov) periodically. Potential offerors may submit questions in writing, either by fax or email (Email preferred) by June 9, 2003, to Ms. Riana Napitupulu, Contract Specialist at the Regional Services Center, Regional Contracting Office, Budapest, Hungary: at rnapitupulu@usaid.gov or via fax (36)(1) 475-4988 or 475-4991. The deadline for receipt of questions and/or requests for clarifications is June 9, 2003. Please do not contact USAID/Albania directly, since all communication must be through the RCO/Budapest. Please note that due to the technical problems, the RFP which was posted on May 15, 2003 (RFP-182-03-20) has been removed. This RFP replaces the May 15, 2003 in its entirety.
